The gentleman that fixed our dish washer replaced the required parts and then when it didn't sound quite right he continued investigating until he found the cause and quickly mitigated the problem. I do have to say it was a little long waiting on parts and then scheduling the install.
Rick went above and beyond analyzing the problem with our washing machine. He carefully explained the problem and repair fees and and was very polite and professional. I'll be sure to ask for him for any future repair needs!

Joel came out and basically educated me on the different options and units they have. Compared to other companies, who just come out, look at your a/c, and tell you you need to buy an expensive unit, Bailey's Comfort Services actually sit down with you and teach you about what is an a/c and how it works. I had this one "technician" from another company come to my house, take a look at the unit, and tell me nothing was wrong with it; all the while, charging me $80. That same day, Joel R. came out, looked at my a/c unit, taught me how to read the label, what the components of the serial numbers meant, sat down with me and taught me about the different options I had available, and did not charge me a dime. Basically, I have a single a/c unit to cool my two story house; and while it works just fine, it is a non variable unit. What my house needs is not another unit for the upstairs bedrooms as many imply, what my house needs is a unit that stays on at different levels; a variable speed a/c unit, as opposed to the single speed it currently has. I would most definitively recommend Bailey's Comfort Services over any other company. They will come and teach you a thing or two about air conditioners; as opposed to all other companies I've dealt with in the Evans GA area that simply look at your equipment, shrug, ask for money, and leave...
