The service man found the problem in a short time, and the part was ordered.

Unrelated to Justin, I had to call to find out whether or not my part had come in after waiting over a month without a refrigerator......to include over the Thanksgiving period. Our upstairs A/C unit had stopped blowing cold air. Again. This was probably the third time I'd had it checked out, but the first two times it started working again by the time the repairman arrived to check it. Finally got a possible diagnosis, with two possible solutions. His hunch was correct and the repair fixed the problem.

I requested a technician who wasn't available today and Bailey's sent Mike. Yeahhh...he was AWESOME!! He worked quickly, was patient with my questions and explained everything. Somehow, he also managed to make me laugh with his corny jokes after being in a miserable "hotbox" all day with minimal air! Both HVAC technicians from Bailey's were courteous and professional. I will request their services every time! For those of you with a home warranty, in case no one ever told you, you can specify a local service such as Bailey's instead of a service company outside of the local community!
