The appt window was too broad. 12-5 is too long of a window.
Rick was an expert repairman. He quickly analyzed the problem and repaired same including a run through of all the stoves features. He saved the stove by breathing "life" back into the
Joel, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and explained all aspects of the deal. Ryan and Tyler, the HVAC installers, were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and would definitely recommend Bailey’s.
Rick came out and did a great job diagnosing the issues with our dishwasher. Very knowledgeable and educated on appliances. Friendly and Courteous. Would highly recommend and I will be calling on them again if I need appliance repair in the future.
Fred alerted us 30 minutes prior to his arrival and was very polite and friendly. He kept us well informed of the work he was doing and fixed our heat quickly. I would absolutely recommend Baileys Comfort Services to friends.

Bailey's Comfort Services was excellent to work with. Rick worked quickly and efficiently to complete the repairs in our home. We did not have to pay out of pocket because our service was covered under our home warranty, so I can not speak to the pricing of the service. My only issue was the time slot. A 5 hour service window is extremely difficult to work with and around. It requires an entire day off of work to wait for the repairman to arrive and then begin work.
Rick came to fix our cooktop & did a great job. Explained everything to me (since I have little electrical knowledge) & was able to figure out what happened & fuxed it quickly.
