Joey is an air conditioning master. He and Kris repaired my air unit with precision. They were both courteous and knowledgeable. Without the professional service provided by Joey and Kris, this would be a miserable , hot, .summer.
Joey came out and not only fixed our broken unit, but made tweaks to save us money on future energy bills AND did several tweaks around the house to make it more efficient. Cannot top that service! Above and beyond!
I know that the service I have always received quickly was slower this time because of the heat we have had around here. I know that waiting a week is hard but I have never had to wait a week in the past, you were quick. I do understand that you came really late but at least you came the day promised. I hope that if I need your company in the future that you will give me the same quality of service you have given previously. Overall, they guys did a good job and got it cooling the house and told me what they had to do and showed me the part.
