Goodman unit not working due to flooding.
I was not happy that I had to call again in May,after you were already here to fix the A/C in April. So apparently the previous tech did not do his job! thank god Joey came this time. Also,I had to pay for refrigerant again @ $51. per lb for 2 lbs
Joey called ahead to confirm I was home and to verify his arrival time. He was courteous and professional. His entire visit was a good one. I was disappointed that I could not get same-day service, since it was 88 degrees in the house last night, but I was glad Joey came to the house earlier in the day today. I know this is not a Bailey's concern, but I am still smarting from the co-pay for the AHS coverage for refrigerant. $10/lb is hardly a reasonable coverage for a product that costs $52/lb. All in all a good experience with Baileys. I would prefer that you respond to all of our AHS calls in the future.
Mark had previously been to our home on at least 1 occasion and, once again, did a very good job of repairing our aging AC unit. We appreciate y'all very much.

Mark showed up on time, diagnosed both problems (upstairs and downstairs units were both down); got one issue fixed within minutes, and got the part ordered quickly. Left the areas he worked at clean and neat afterwards.
I was given a service window of 12:00 to 5:00 pm. Mark called at roughly 3:00 to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I explained the issues I was having with my AC. Mark went straight to work. Once he had completed the job, he explained what he had done. Mark also explained the benefits of a service contract with Bailey's. Overall, I feel Mark did an outstanding job. He was friendly and professional and ensured the work area was clean when he finished the job. I would highly recommend Mark and Bailey's to any friends needing HVAC maintenance.
