Thank you for a job well done. The service tech Tanner, was very efficient and did an excellent job in repairing our unit. I would highly reccomend Bailey's to anyone who needs service. Tanner was very knowlegable and explained what he was doing and answered my questions.
If your going to possibly get some work done, call in advance to make sure the part or parts are their. Besides that, I was very satisfied with the work that was done. Everything still works. I know companies try to protect themselves, but I really didn’t like signing the agreement that everything is working without having a chance to use the fixed item in a normal situation. I’m still waiting for my itemized receipt with any warranty agreements. I would still call them to fix more items if necessary.
